Andrew L. Moses

Andrew Moses attended the University of Florida as both an undergraduate and law school student.  During his final semester in law school he devoted much of his time to working at the State Attorney's Office in Alachua County.  During his time as an intern he not only handled cases in Juvenile Court, he also had the opportunity to handle felony cases.

Andrew has been practicing criminal law since graduating law school.  He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 9th Judicial Circuit, which comprises Orange and Osceola Countys.  During his tenure at the State Attorney's Office Andrew handles cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to more serious crimes including robberys and drug trafficking.  His tenure as a prosecutor has helped in understand the criminal justice system and how the prosecutors view their cases.

After prosecuting cases for over three years, Andrew teamed up with fellow prosecutor Jay Rooth and established Moses & Rooth Attorneys at Law.  As a defense attorney Andrew handles cases ranging from traffic offenses to murder.  In addition to handling cases at the State level, Andrew handles cases being prosecuted by the Federal Government.  If you receive a letter from any federal agency indicating that you may be a target of an investigation, do not ignore it.  Contact any attorney immediatly.
