Details

Andrew P. Lannon is the founder of Lannon Land Litigation Local Law, PLLC, in Oviedo, Florida. He focuses his practice exclusively on matters involving business and commercial litigation; city, county and local government law; construction litigation; stormwater litigation; and zoning, planning and land use.

With a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross, Mr. Lannon obtained his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law. While in law school, he was a notes and comment editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy and was a moot court associate. After law school, he served as a law clerk for a renowned judge at the Florida Supreme Court.

Before law school, Mr. Lannon worked in the sales and advertising industry and believes that the experience gained from his first job as a sales representative molded him to be a better lawyer. He takes the time to assess each client’s unique needs and provides clear and practical solutions. Fiercely advocating for his clients’ rights, he is dedicated to protecting their best interests and needs.

Mr. Lannon started his legal career working at an Am Law 100 law firm in the commercial law and appellate departments and went on to serve in an intellectual property law boutique firm. After which, he was appointed to serve as the Deputy City Attorney and later served as the City Attorney for seven years.

With a 10 out of 10 rating on Avvo, Mr. Lannon is the go-to attorney for clients seeking help in business and commercial law matters. He has received an AV Preeminent* rating through Martindale-Hubbell. He is board-certified as a specialist in business litigation and local government law by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization & Education.

Mr. Lannon is listed in the Florida Trend magazine’s Legal Elite Hall of Fame for 10 years in a row. He has been a member of the Eighteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and a third-degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He was also the vice-chairperson of The Florida Bar’s Business Litigation Board Certification Committee and the secretary of The Florida Bar’s City, County and Local Government Law Section.
