Founder and managing partner of The Simons Law Firm, PLLC, in Orlando, Florida, Blake Simons founded the firm with one goal: “justice for all.” Serving in Orange and Polk counties, he represents clients in matters of family law, business and commercial law, criminal defense, civil litigation, entertainment law and real estate law. Expanding his roots in criminal defense, he has branched into other fields of practice to cater to his clients.

Starting his legal practice as a trial prosecutor in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Mr. Simons earned a promotion to felony representation within 12 months, and in 2023, he founded The Simons Law Firm, PLLC. Legal proceedings can be overwhelming for clients who are unfamiliar with the legal system. He acknowledges the anxiety and understands his clients’ needs, and makes active efforts to keep them aware and work with them to customize their legal strategies.

Mr. Simons graduated with his Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law Houston, in 2021. In the following year, he acquired his license to practice in Florida. He interned under the Honorable Judge John Ellisor in Galveston, Texas, further honing his knowledge of the judiciary. He has been an active member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and its affiliate, Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, since 2024. He is also a part of the Board of Directors of Encore Cast Performing Arts.

Prioritizing communication and continuous updates, Mr. Simons believes that the justice system can work for everyone with the right representation. As a successful trial attorney in both criminal and civil defense, he can be trusted to advocate for you with courage and integrity. His success relies on his relentless efforts to understand his clients’ needs, paired with his attention to detail and his legal acumen.
