Anderson, Jr. at the US District Court. Thereafter, he clerked for Chief Bankruptcy Judge, The Honorable David R. Duncan. Charles is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, as well as in the District Court of South Carolina, the Eastern District of North Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
