Earning his law degree in 1989, he was licensed to practice in New York the same year. Later, he gained admission to practice in Florida, Georgia, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Illinois.

After law school, he became a U.S. trial attorney, as part of the Attorney General’s Honors Program. His diligent efforts in winning jury trials across seven different states earned him the Outstanding Trial Attorney Award by the United States Department of Justice. 

Board certified by The Florida Bar as a civil trial specialist, Mr. Greene has been honored by the legal community on several occasions.
