Claramargaret H. Groover serves as of counsel at Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., in Orlando, Florida, bringing over 36 years of concentrated experience in construction law. Board-certified in Construction Law, she handles complex project developments, public-private partnerships and negotiating intricate performance requirements for condominium and mixed-use properties. Her practice encompasses construction liens, Chapter 558 claims, design professional liability and seamless coordination of clients' construction and financing needs.
