Daniel A. Velasquez is a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and business reorganization department, and Chairman of the firm's Aviation Department. Mr. Velasquez advises clients in restructuring and aviation matters across Florida and the southeast. He regularly represents debtors, creditors, investors and asset-purchasers in financial restructuring and aviation transactions, out-of-court workouts and formal insolvency proceedings.
