David H. Stoller

David H. Stoller is an Orlando-based immigration law attorney and a board-certified specialist in immigration and nationality law by The Florida Bar – Board of Legal Specialization & Education. He established his firm Law Offices of David Stoller, PA, in Florida to provide exclusive support and attention to the people residing in various cities and counties around Orlando, including Orlando metro, Melbourne, and Brevard and Orange counties.

With United States immigration laws being one of the most confusing and complicated sets of laws, Mr. Stoller understands how anxious a foreign national who has a lawful status in the U.S. can be when their stay in the country is in jeopardy or doubtful. A University of Michigan alumnus, Mr. Stoller received his Bachelor of Science degree and graduated in 1992. Later, he obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law. 

After receiving his bar license to practice law in Florida in 1996, Mr. Stoller served as an assistant district counsel at the United States Department of Justice for almost three years.
