The founder of his own firm based in Orlando, Florida, James O. Cunningham has been certified as a specialist in civil trial law by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Focusing his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, he provides representation to people throughout the central part of the state who have been harmed by the negligent acts or omissions of other parties. The types of cases that Mr. Cunningham has handled have arisen out of incidents involving truck and motor vehicle crashes, boating accidents, premises liability, hospital negligence and other forms of medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, defective products and construction site accidents.

During his career, Mr. Cunningham has been able to obtain more than $250 million in settlements and jury awards on behalf of his clients, making him a life member of the invitation-only Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
