Ms. Diglio-Benkiran completed her Bachelor of Science in criminal justice at the Florida International University and her Juris Doctor cum laude at the Michigan State University College of Law. She was listed in the Who’s Who Among American Law Students for her outstanding achievement in the study of law. She started out as an assistant state attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida. Before establishing her current firm, she worked with several law firms as a partner.

A member in good standing with The Florida Bar, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran holds memberships with organizations such as the Orange County Bar Association; The Florida Bar’s Business Law Section, The Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and the Trial Lawyers Section; and the Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys’ Council. She is an authorized agent at the Old Republic Title and WFG National Title Insurance Company Inc.

Recently, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran has been featured in The American Lawyer’s Lawyers of Distinction, New York Times’ 2021 Power Lawyer and the Orlando Style’s 2020 Top Women in Law. In addition to rating her Excellent, Avvo featured her in the Top Real Estate Attorney and Top Business Law Attorney lists in 2016.
