Nathan E. Wittman

With more than 13 years of experience in civil litigation, Nathan E. Wittman provides deft legal representation to clients who have been injured due to no fault of their own. At Colling Gilbert Wright in Orlando, Florida, he serves residents and guests throughout Central Florida in complex personal injury matters involving premises liability, products liability, automobile negligence, general negligence, and nursing home and assisted living facility negligence. 

Mr. Wittman completed his undergraduate studies in 2006, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University's Williams College of Business. He went on to enroll at Stetson University College of Law, and during his time there, he was president of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Curriculum Committee and Budgeting Committee, and served as Chair of the Student Issues Committee. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2011, and the same year obtained his license to practice law in Florida. 

Prior to joining Colling Gilbert Wright, Mr. Wittman worked in civil defense, defending insurance companies, manufacturers, financial institutions and corporations of all sizes in high-leverage matters. He uses this insider knowledge to guide and advise his clients throughout the process and to achieve the upper hand in their cases. Nathan is a member of The Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association, Florida Justice Association, and is admitted to practice in all state Courts of Florida, as well as the federal courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
