After graduating from Winter Park High school, he enrolled at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he achieved high honors for academic performance and leadership, was President of the Student Bar Association, and graduated cum laude in 2011.
Mr. Wittman is licensed to practice law in both the states of Florida and Texas, enabling him to provide legal services in multiple jurisdictions. Earlier in his career, Nathan defended insurance companies and a diverse range of institutions, representing them in matters involving breach of contract, premises and product liability, personal injury, and consumer protection.

- Together with his trial team, Nathan achieved a verdict of $802,805.15 in a sidewalk trip and fall, with zero comparative fault on the Plaintiff. Nathan's client was seriously injured when he tripped over an out-of-code abrupt raised edge on a sidewalk on a jogging/recreational path in a park, controlled by a special taxing district. The client required emergent lower back surgery, endured months of pain and suffering in the recovery, and lost wages while out of work in a high-earning profession. One noteworthy thing about this verdict was that the jury answered "No" to question #2 on the verdict form, as to whether Plaintiff was in any way negligent and contributed to his own injuries. This is a highly unusual result in a trip/slip and fall case, but under the facts, the jury concluded the Plaintiff had done nothing wrong and bore zero responsibility for his own injury.
