Richard Hornsby is the owner of Richard E. Hornsby, P.A., a boutique criminal defense law firm located in Orlando, Florida. Graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and religion from the University of Florida, Mr. Hornsby obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. He also has a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida (2003) and a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Florida (2014).
Mr. Hornsby is board-certified in criminal trial law by The Florida Bar and is board-certified in criminal trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. With a genuine concern for his clients, he serves as a zealous and fierce advocate for those who have been accused of wrongdoing and upholds their rights.Â
