    Thomas Feiter was named The Florida Bar's Board Certified Lawyer of the Year for 2015.  Mr. Feiter owns and operates Fighter Law in the heart of Downtown Orlando - with free and convenient parking for clients (no big parking garages!).  Fighter Law is a well-established firm with 9 full-time staff.  Our attorneys and paralegals help our clients with personal injury cases, injunctions and criminal matters (representing both defendants AND victims).     After graduating from the University of Miami, Mr. Feiter earned his law degree at the University Of San Diego. Following law school, Mr. Feiter worked as a prosecutor for the Florida Office of the State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit, where he gained extensive trial experience.

    Today, Mr. Feiter is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is board certified in criminal law by the Florida Bar and serves as a Major in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps Reserve.

    • THOMAS BERT FEITER of Orlando received the 2015 Justice Harry Lee Anstead Florida Bar Board Certified Lawyer of the Year Award at the Bar’s Annual Convention in Boca Raton from Board of Legal Specialization and Education Chair John Henry Pelzer. Feiter served as the Army’s first special victims counsel in the Middle East, particularly with Operation Enduring Freedom. He is a captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps Reserve and the recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal. According to those who nominated him: “His integrity is beyond reproach, in dealing with Army commanders, fellow JAG attorneys, and soldier clients. While in Kuwait, he traveled to austere and sometimes hostile locations in Afghanistan, Jordan, and Egypt to counsel sexual assault victims as part of his special victims counsel duties. Even when he was faced with personal danger, he did not let that factor into his obligation to provide legal advice to his clients.” Feiter also has taken an active role in the community to assist young lawyers prepare for court, in addition to volunteering at local law schools.
