Travis Williams

The founder of his law firm based in Orlando, Florida, Travis Williams divides his practice between criminal defense matters and personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Representing clients throughout Florida, he has been admitted to practice in Florida since 2000. Mr. Williams is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Williams works to protect the interests of adults and juveniles who have been charged with the commission of state or federal felonies and misdemeanors. The types of cases that he has handled have included theft, fraud, burglary, assault and battery, drug trafficking, possession and distribution, driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting and fleeing officers, violations of probation, domestic violence, record expungements and sealings and all criminal and civil traffic infractions.  Mr. Williams's clients have given him outstanding reviews for the favorable results he achieves for them.  After many of his cases, Mr. Williams petitions to have his client's records sealed or expunged. 

Mr. Williams also represents people who have incurred economic and non-economic losses due to the negligence or intentional acts of other parties. These cases have arisen out incidents involving motor vehicle crashes, motor cycle crashes, slip and falls, premises liability, defective products, dog bites, and police brutality. After obtaining his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2000 with honors, Mr. Williams worked at the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit until entering private practice in 2002. His memberships include the Florida Justice Association, Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Inc.
