Erum S. Kistemaker

Erum S. Kistemaker is a managing attorney at Kistemaker Business Law Group located in Ormond Beach, Florida. An accomplished attorney with a diverse background, Ms. Kistemaker represents businesses and professionals throughout central Florida, particularly community associations, contractors, developers, landlords, property management companies and title companies.

After graduating from the University of Florida, Ms. Kistemaker earned a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude. She went on to serve as an assistant state attorney before moving to London, England, where she worked for several years on matters of international law for a large British law firm. Upon returning to Florida, she began working in real estate and commercial litigation, eventually serving as in-house counsel to one of the largest homebuilder companies in the nation. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and the U.S. district courts for the middle and southern districts of Florida, as well as in the countries of England and Wales.

Ms. Kistemaker is a member of numerous professional organizations, including The Florida Bar, the Dunn-Blount American Inn of Court and the Daytona Young Professionals Group. She is also actively involved in her local community, serving a number of roles in organizations such as the Junior League of Daytona Beach, the United Way of Volusia and Flagler Counties, the Volusia Building Industry Association, and Volusia Flagler Association of Women Lawyers.

Ms. Kistemaker has received a number of awards due to her outstanding achievements in both the business and legal worlds. Among other honors, she was selected as a fellow in The Florida Bar's William Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy and was chosen for the University of Florida's prestigious Florida Blue Key honor society.
