Robin A. Blanton

Robin A. Blanton serves as a mediator and arbitrator at Upchurch Watson White & Max, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he assists clients in resolving civil disputes through mediation and arbitration. With decades of experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, he is known for his practical insight, courtroom-tested judgment and balanced approach to dispute resolution.

Mr. Blanton’s practice includes a wide range of matters, such as personal injury and wrongful death claims, product liability and premises liability cases, property damage disputes and construction defect matters. He also handles insurance coverage disputes, probate and trust litigation, homeowners association conflicts, breach of contract claims, and business and commercial litigation.

Mr. Blanton graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Stetson University in 1973. He later went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law in 1977. He has been certified as a Florida Supreme Court circuit civil mediator since 2009 and has served as a Florida qualified arbitrator since 2015.

Licensed to practice in Florida since 1978, Mr. Blanton is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, including the Southern District of Florida Trial Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Blanton is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the American Board of Trial Advocates, Palm Beach Chapter, where he formerly served as president, and he also served on the board of the Florida Chapters of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
