Attorney Andrew A. Harris is the founder and owner of Harris Appeals, P.A., in Palm Beach County, Florida. Board Certified in appellate practice by The Florida Bar, Mr. Harris has more than 15 years of total legal experience, and he provides unmatched appellate representation to a diverse range of clients throughout Palm Beach County and all of Florida.
