Christian Romaguera

Serving clients at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Christian Romaguera focuses his practice on all areas of personal injury. Representing clients all across Florida, he handles matters of wrongful death, brain injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, auto accidents, premises liability, products liability and slip-and-fall accidents.

Before pursuing his law degree, Mr. Romaguera graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs. He then enrolled at Stetson University College of Law, where he served as the president of the Federalist Society and was a founding member of the Student Bar Association’s Diversity Committee. He additionally worked as a teaching assistant for trial advocacy and evidence. He gained his Juris Doctor in 2017.

Mr. Romaguera earned ample knowledge before earning his licensure, working as a law clerk. While serving in this capacity, he garnered invaluable insights into the complexities of the legal system and judicial protocols. Upon gaining admission to practice law in Florida, he started his career as a litigation attorney. Before joining his current firm, he worked at a large commercial liability defense firm, focusing on general liability, product liability, premises liability and professional liability matters. This experience makes him aware of the tactics used by insurance companies, helping him become skilled at maximizing his client’s recovery.

In addition to his admission to Florida state courts, Mr. Romaguera is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. In the legal community, he is active in the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association, where he previously served as secretary of the Young Lawyers Section.
