Devon Goldberg

Devon M. Goldberg is a tax law attorney assisting individuals and businesses in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. As an associate attorney at Comiter Singer, he provides steadfast and knowledgeable counsel to clients on business transactions, income tax, estate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, entity organization and structuring, the purchase and sale of businesses, including asset and stock purchases, reorganizations, recapitalizations, redemptions, liquidations, and general corporate and tax matters.

Mr. Goldberg's career has been devoted to helping his clients strategize for the future. He's handled business succession plans, asset protection planning and stock/membership interest transfers including preparing shareholder agreements and operating/partnership agreements. Moreover, he has avidly supported charitable initiatives by helping establish private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations.

After graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida in 2013, Mr. Goldberg pursued his legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a research editor for the Florida Law Review, a recipient of Book Awards and inducted into Order of the Coif. He graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor in 2016 and received an LL.M. in taxation from the same university a year later.

A dedicated member of The Florida Bar, Mr. Goldberg is part of its Tax Law Section; Business Law Section; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; Young Lawyers Section and Asset Protection Committee. He is also affiliated with the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach Tax Institute.
