Jason A. McIntosh

Jason Anthony McIntosh is a Partner at the law firm of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath who has tried cases to verdict involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.  He handles all types of catastrophic injury litigation and excels when fighting for the rights of all victims.   As a practicing trial attorney, Mr. McIntosh has quickly ascended the profession and has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. Prior to joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, Mr. McIntosh was an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County’s 15th Judicial Circuit where he tried over 50 jury trials and handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Jason has a passion for community involvement, mentorship and staying active in voluntary bar leadership at the local, statewide and national levels.  Jason’s extensive courtroom experience, legal knowledge and abilities allow him to passionately advocate for client’s rights.
