Keith B. Braun

Attorney Keith B. Braun is a partner at Comiter Singer Baseman & Braun in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Mr. Braun’s practice areas include estate planning, Florida documentary stamp tax planning, homestead planning, probate and trust administration. He works with individuals, non-for-profit organizations and tax-exempt organizations throughout the state of Florida.

Mr. Braun has been licensed to practice law since 1984 and is admitted in both Florida and Michigan. He received a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is also board-certified in wills, trusts and estates through The Florida Bar, an accredited estate planner and a chartered adviser in philanthropy.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Braun has received numerous honors and awards for his accomplishments. He is AV Preeminent* rated by the peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in publications, including “The Best Lawyers in America,” Miami magazine, The Wall Street Journal and Florida Trend.

Mr. Braun has appeared on various local radio and television stations and authored and co-authored articles for different publications. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association.

Active in his local community, Mr. Braun has always been involved in various community organizations. He is president of the Alpert Jewish Family & Children’s Service and a fellow in The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He previously served in roles for organizations, including the State Bar of Michigan and the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council.
