Attorney Michael S. Singer is the managing partner of Comiter Singer Baseman & Braun in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Mr. Singer has a practice involving estate planning, asset protection, business transactions, corporate law, federal tax controversies, health care law, probate, tax law and trust, estate and guardianship litigation. He serves clients throughout Florida.

Mr. Singer has been licensed to practice law since 1988 and has more than 30 years of experience. He has litigation and mediation experience and has published numerous articles on estate planning, asset protection and taxation matters. His articles have appeared in publications, including the Estate Tax Planning Advisor, the Asset Protection Law Journal, the Palm Beach County Medical Society Journal and the Florida Bar Journal.

Mr. Singer has received recognition for his legal accomplishments, including being listed in the publication “The Best Lawyers in America” and being named one of the “top attorneys in Florida” by Miami magazine and the Wall Street Journal. He was also listed in Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
