J. Grier Pressly, III is an attorney at Pressly, Pressly, Randolph & Pressly, P.A. As an undergraduate, he majored in history at the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts with highest honors in 1992. Upon his graduation, Mr. Pressly was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and in 1999, he was awarded his Juris Doctor with honors. Mr. Pressly has been with the firm for his entire legal career.

Mr. Pressly focuses his practice on assisting area residents with their estate and trust litigation needs and complex probate and trust administration. His experience has encompassed the preparation and review of several different types of trusts, last wills and testaments, advance medical directives, and financial and health care powers of attorney. He also guides heirs and beneficiaries as well as personal representatives, trustees and other fiduciaries through the probate and trust administration process, and his probate and trust litigation experience has included fiduciary duty breaches, will and trust contests, and trust modifications. Highly regarded by his fellow attorneys for the high quality of his work and his superb ethics, Mr. Pressly has been awarded an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Pressly has been admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 1999.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.  He is a former Chair of the Probate Rules Commitee of The Florida Bar.  He has served as the president and a member of the board of directors of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and he has also been a member of the board of directors of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. Mr. Pressly has written and lectured extensively on topics related to his practice areas.
