Kathryn Roegiers

Kathryn Roegiers is a criminal defense attorney and the founder of Roegiers Law in Stuart, Florida. Ms. Roegiers serves clients in the Stuart, Palm City and Port Salerno areas, including Martin and St. Lucie counties.

Ms. Roegiers has over a decade of legal experience and is a dedicated advocate for the clients she serves. She provides an aggressive defense against charges including battery, domestic violence, drug crimes, drug trafficking, DUI, juvenile crimes, sex crimes, theft crimes, violent crimes, weapons charges and other misdemeanors and felonies.

In her years of practicing criminal defense law, Ms. Roegiers has successfully defended many Florida residents charged with criminal offenses. In recognition of her litigation skills, the National Trial Lawyers included her on its “Top 40 Under 40” list.

Growing up in Martin County, Florida, Ms. Roegiers earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, where she belonged to the Tri Delta sorority. From there, she went on to graduate from Stetson University College of Law. She holds a license to practice law before all Florida state courts.

Prior to opening Roegiers Law, Ms. Roegiers developed her legal knowledge and gained experience through practicing law with the 19th Circuit Public Defender’s office. While serving in that role, she handled a diverse range of felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases.

Ms. Roegiers is an active member of the Florida legal community. She belongs to the Martin County Bar Association, the Young Professionals of Martin County, the Florida Bar, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Inns of Court.
