Shaun Cummings

Mr. Cummings' practice focuses on representing people who have been injured or killed because of medical negligence, automobile negligence, commercial trucking negligence, product liability, premises liability, legal malpractice, or any other form of negligence causing harm. He represents victims against large corporations, small businesses, hospitals, doctors, law firms, government employees, and individuals; and does so in cases ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries or death. 

Mr. Cummings went to law school at Stetson University College of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts, all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court of Colorado, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
