Edwin Walborsky

One of the principal attorneys at Walborsky Bradley & Fleming, PLLC, Edwin Walborsky focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. His firm is located in Pensacola, and he provides representation to clients throughout the Florida Panhandle. Mr. Walborsky attended the University of Florida in Gainesville and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1976. He then went on to pursue his legal studies at Florida State University College of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 1980.

Mr. Walborsky primarily represents people who have incurred significant financial losses and other harm due to the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has handled in this regard during his distinguished career have stemmed from incidents involving medical malpractice, defective products, workplace accidents in which nonemployer third parties have been at least partially responsible, and premises liability. Mr. Walborsky’s clients have received millions of dollars in compensation as the result of his exceptional courtroom skills and his prowess in negotiating favorable settlements with defendants and their liability insurance providers.

In addition, Mr. Walborsky has a workers’ compensation practice, in which he assists clients who have been injured on the job and who are seeking the benefits that they deserve under their employer’s insurance coverage. He has helped them with the preparation of the required claim documentation, ensuring that it is filed on a timely basis, and if and when a claim is disputed, delayed, or denied, he appears on their behalf at appeals hearings.
