    Crystal Collins Spencer is the founding partner of Spencer Law with offices in Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach and Sandestin, Florida. Providing dedicated representation to clients throughout the Panhandle since 1985, she focuses her practice entirely on family law matters, handling cases that involve issues such as high net worth, high asset divorce, pre marital property, business valuations, visitation and child custody, child support and maintenance, child relocation and post-decree modifications, domestic violence, and pre marital agreements. Spencer handles cases in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Ft. Walton, Destin, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Rosemary Beach and throughout the state of Florida.

    Ms. Spencer pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky, from which she graduated with high honors with her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and political science in 1982. She then went on to attend the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, graduating in 1985 with her Juris Doctor. Ms. Spencer was an assistant state attorney with the Office of State Attorney of the 1st Judicial Circuit of Florida before entering private practice in 1990. Admitted to practice in Florida, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the Supreme Court of the United States.

    Ms. Spencer's driven, highly ethical work on behalf of her clients has resulted in her being held in high esteem by her fellow professionals.
