Emily C. Jeffcott is a partner with the Morgan & Morgan law firm, and she works out of the firm's office in Pensacola, Florida.

Ms. Jeffcott has also represented whistleblowers across the country. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Jeffcott was lead counsel for Relators in a $125 million qui tam settlement against Bechtel for alleged false claims related to the Hanford Nuclear Waste Treatment Plant in Washington. Ms. Jeffcott has also litigated cases involving Medicare fraud.

Recognized for her impeccable professionalism and outstanding legal abilities, Ms. Jeffcott has earned top ratings from her peers, including a Top New Orleans Lawyer designation each year since 2013. A 2006 graduate of the University of Houston, Ms. Jeffcott attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2009. While in law school, she won both the Patricia A. Scott Advocacy Award and the St. Mary’s Moot Court Advocate Award. An avid legal writer, she also received a nomination from the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers, and throughout her career, she has published a number of articles in various legal trade magazines and journals.
