Gary B. Leuchtman

Gary B. Leuchtman is a probate and estate planning attorney in Pensacola, Florida. The founder of the Law Office of Gary B. Leuchtman, Mr. Leuchtman has over 35 years of legal experience. He helps clients with estate planning and probate law in Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, Gulf Breeze, Navarre and throughout Escambia, Okaloosa and Santa Rosa counties.

Mr. Leuchtman has helped clients with asset protection, business planning, charitable planning, estate administration, exempt organization representation, taxes, trust litigation and wills.

After graduating magna cum laude from Mercer University, Mr. Leuchtman earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. The following year, he received a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the same institution. He is board-certified in wills, trusts and estates by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization & Education. Prior to founding his firm, he spent over three decades as a partner at a private firm.
