Kramer A. Litvak is a trusted attorney and the managing partner of Litvak Beasley Wilson & Ball, LLP, based in Pensacola, Florida. Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, Mr. Litvak obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University in 1988. Afterward, he earned his Juris Doctor in 1992 at Mercer University and went on to earn a Master of Legislative Laws specializing in taxation from the University of Florida in 1993. He was admitted to practice law in Georgia and Florida state courts in 1992.
Board-certified as a specialist in tax law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization & Education, Mr. Litvak has experience working as a legislative assistant to United States Representative Earl Hutto and as a counsel to the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Drawing from his various job functions and personal experiences, he is able to gain a better grasp of his customers' real-life circumstances.
Mr. Litvak has also given back to his community by having affiliations and managerial positions in multiple professional organizations. He is the former president of the Estate Planning Council of Northwest Florida, the State Bar of Georgia - Young Lawyers Section, The Florida Bar and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association. Furthermore, he is a member of the board of directors of Pensacola Museum of Art; the past chancellor of Episcopal Day School; a graduate of Leadership Pensacola (1996).
