Scott Barnes

From the law office of Taylor, Warren, Weidner, Hancock & Barnes in Pensacola, Florida, he serves residents throughout the surrounding region in a wide variety of complex legal matters involving mesothelioma/asbestos claims, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, among many others.

Mr. Barnes completed his undergraduate studies in 2003, graduating summa cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in criminology from Florida State University. He went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where his academic prowess and acumen became evident early on through his inclusion in the dean’s list and as a finalist of the National Civil Rights Trial Competition in New York. He received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2007, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law across all Florida state courts. He later became admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.
