The founder and managing partner of the law firm Gross & Schuster, P.A., attorney Terence A. Gross has been litigating personal injury cases in Crestview, Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach, in addition to Santa Rosa, Escambia, Okaloosa and Walton counties for nearly 45 years. A significant portion of his client base is made of people who are injured in catastrophic motor vehicle accidents. He also handles matters related to maritime accidents, bicycle wrecks, premises liability and wrongful death.
Board-certified in civil trial law by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization & Education, Mr. Gross has litigated hundreds of cases and secured favorable verdicts and settlements on his clients’ behalf. He reinforces strong client relationships and combines his legal knowledge, strategic acumen and understanding of the law to deal with every case successfully. As a certified arbitrator, he has also resolved several cases through arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Majoring in political science and government, Mr. Gross completed his Bachelor of Arts at the Washington University in St. Louis in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1979 and obtained his license to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida the same year. As a law student, he was part of the Florida State University Law Review.
When it comes to investing in himself and his knowledge, Mr. Gross leaves no stone unturned. He actively participates in several continuing legal education seminars and lectures at various schools and colleges on topics related to personal injury law. He also functions as an adjunct professor at Pensacola State College. He is a member of The Florida Bar - Arbitration Committee and the former chair of Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association’s CLE Committee.
