Kenneth Florio

Kenneth Florio is Managing Partner at Goodkind & Florio, P.A. and is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney. He focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate development, operation and financing matters, including counseling clients on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and dispositions, mezzanine and preferred equity financings, business organization and structure, loan workouts and restructurings, multi-state financing transactions, leasing and property management.  Kenneth also represents clients with their resolution of disputes in contract and complex commercial litigation.Kenneth regularly represents developers, borrowers, sellers, lenders and family offices in connection with their acquisition, financing, development, construction and sale of retail, office, mixed-use, hotel, condominium, self-storage, warehouse, multifamily and residential projects. He leads the firms commercial leasing practice and represents landlords and tenants in connection with their leasing of retail, office, warehouse, industrial and medical office space. 

Kenneth received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review. He graduated from the University of Central Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in English writing. 

Kenneth is a member of the Florida Bar, the Southern District of Florida and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the Florida Bar.
