As a co-founder of Herman & Wells, P.A., in Pinellas Park, Florida, Jason Herman levels the playing field against insurance companies that deny, delay or underpay legitimate claims. He represents both individuals and businesses across the state, guiding them through complex policy terms and clear action plans. From personal injury to insurance disputes, he demystifies the legal process, helping clients understand their options, navigate the fight and know exactly what to expect every step of the way.
Mr. Herman has focused exclusively on insurance law since the beginning of his legal career. He guides clients through complex policy interpretations, evaluates whether insurer claim decisions are legally sound and helps policyholders determine their best path forward. From the moment a claim is filed through potential courtroom battles, he stands by his clients at every stage, providing strategic advice during negotiations and fiercely advocating for their rights when insurers refuse to pay what is owed.
Before pursuing his legal education, Mr. Herman earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida, later obtaining his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2004. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005, he is licensed to practice across all Florida and Georgia state and federal courts. His extensive admissions also include the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 111th Circuit, enabling comprehensive representation at both trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Herman’s client-centered service is rooted in clarity, transparency and relentless support. Recognizing that insurance disputes and personal injuries create immense stress, he breaks down complex policy language into clear, actionable choices. He ensures his clients never feel left in the dark, keeping them informed every step of the way. By listening closely to their concerns and tailoring his strategy to their specific needs, he fights to deliver the relief they deserve.
