Jason Herman is one of the founding partners of Herman & Wells, a law firm that focuses on insurance disputes and personal injury cases. He concentrates his practice on representing insurance policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies. Many of Mr. Herman’s cases involve insurance disputes over property damage, including water damage losses, fire damage, wind and hail damage, business interruption, and theft losses. Mr. Herman represents beneficiaries who have been denied life insurance benefits. He also represents individuals and business in disputes involving liability insurance, including representing insureds in declaratory judgment lawsuits filed against them by their own insurance companies.
Mr. Herman graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2004 and, since then, has focused on insurance law for his entire legal career. He is licensed to practice in both Florida and Georgia state and federal courts.
