Avery Fenton

Avery Fenton is a personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan in Plantation, Florida, focusing his practice on motor vehicle accidents in the firm’s Personal Injury Auto Team. His prowess as a personal injury advocate for clients who suffered injuries due to auto accidents gives him the dexterity to work cases from multiple angles, striving to give them a better outcome from a situation they had no say in living through.

Mr. Fenton completed his undergraduate studies in hospitality administration and management at Cornell University in 2010, where he was an active participant in the Cornell Varsity Football team. He later turned his attention to pursuing a career in law and attended the University of Miami School of Law in 2012, and during his time there, was part of the University of Miami Trial Team and was awarded the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship. He received his Juris Doctor with honors in 2015.

Permitted to practice across all Florida state courts the same year he graduated law school, Mr. Fenton was later admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He acquired valuable experience at the start of his career working for the West Palm Beach Public Defender’s Office, where he helped to protect the rights of indigent citizens.
