Gina M. Cadogan practices primarily on labor and employment matters, though she also handles civil litigation. Her Firm is located in South Florida, but provides representation to clients throughout the state. Gina is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, U.S. District Courts (Southern and Middle Districts) and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
In her labor and employment practice, Ms. Cadogan provides advice and counsel to both businesses and employees in a variety of matters, such as claims involving sexual harassment, hiring and workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, Family and Medical Leave Act matters, and wrongful termination and other forms of retaliation. Ms. Cadogan also helps companies with personnel issues. In her litigation practice she handles business disputes and enforcement of non-compete agreements.
