Jennifer L. Rosinski is a partner and shareholder at Morgan & Morgan. She serves clients from the Plantation, Florida office, which has several other offices in Florida – Orlando, Tampa, Winter Haven, Lakeland and Kissimmee. Her practice areas focus on personal injury matters, including car accidents, insurance claims, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
Licensed to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2012, Ms. Rosinski earned her doctorate in law from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While there, she was a part of the Nova Trial Association and a member of the Nova Law Review. She did her undergraduate studies at the Florida Atlantic University and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in public management.
With her career spanning more than a decade, Ms. Rosinski is well experienced in advocating for her clients in the courtroom and during negotiations. She is compassionate and understanding toward her clients facing a personal injury due to the negligence of others. She takes the time to know every aspect of their case, so she can give it her all, to fight for them and get the justice they deserve. Having previous experience defending large insurance companies, she uses this knowledge to advocate for her clients’ rights and help them get the compensation they need to move on with their lives.
