Jennifer Mantoni

The founder of Mantoni Legal, PA, Jennifer Mantoni is a legal practitioner licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida and Maryland. Focusing on managing almost all the major facets of general civil litigation matters in the firm, she extends her service to the people residing in and the surrounding areas of Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Sarasota and Bradenton from the firm’s office in Port Charlotte, Florida. She represents people facing issues and disputes involving real-estate law, contracts, construction litigation, manufactured home community law and residential and commercial landlord tenant law. 

A Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Circuit mediator, Ms. Mantoni has been practicing law in Florida since 2014 and in Maryland since 2021. Her client-centered approach to those who seek her help is what sets her apart from the rest of the lot. She understands that on the surface, several cases might look the same, and she ensures to devote time equally to all her clients without any distinction and to thoroughly grasp their legal disputes and situations. She works closely with her clients through each step of the legal process, including strategizing and developing a well-tailored solution catering to all their needs. 

With a major in philosophy and a minor in technical writing, Ms. Mantoni graduated from the University of South Florida in 2007. She further concentrated on her major, philosophy, and obtained her Master of Arts degree in the same field from Florida Atlantic University. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014. While at the university, she gained knowledge not only from within the four walls of classrooms but also through interning at the State Attorney's Office for the 4th Judicial Circuit and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
