Mr. Wallace then moved to Gainesville, Florida, for his legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and he was a member of the Florida Law Review before being awarded his Juris Doctor with honors and being inducted into the Order of the Coif in 1986.

Mr. Wallace is the head of the appellate team at Bentley & Bruning, P.A., and he has been certified as a specialist in appellate practice by the Board of Legal Specialization & Education, which is part of The Florida Bar. In addition to appeals of final state and federal district court decisions, he handles interlocutory appeals as well as petitions for writs of mandamus and certiorari.
