Kelly Roberts is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated bankruptcy and business attorney with Roberts Law, PLLC. Her business & corporate practice includes assisting business owners with fractional general counsel services, assisting with entity choice and formation, applicable corporate governance agreements and documents, drafting and negotiating asset and equity purchase and sale transactions (from the letter of intent to closing), employment agreements, and navigating commercial lease negotiations on both the landlord and tenant side.
In her bankruptcy practice, Kelly represents bankruptcy creditors, guarantors, principals of the bankruptcy debtor, and other interested parties in Florida’s Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts in consumer and business bankruptcy chapters.
