    Mr. Bruning holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. His legal education was obtained at the Stetson University College of Law, and he served on the Stetson Law Review before receiving his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2000.
