William Robertson

William Robertson is the founder of The Robertson Law Firm PA in Sarasota, Florida. Focusing his practice on advocating for personal injury victims, he handles cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death, among others. As an attorney reputed for his compassion, integrity and results, he stays with his clients throughout the process of litigation, providing them with constant support.

Having spent over four decades helping injury victims across Florida receive justice and secure suitable compensation, Mr. Robertson genuinely understands the emotional and financial burden a victim carries. After graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Robertson attended Stetson University College of Law, where he received his J.D. in 1981. He hosted a legal show on a local radio station for three years before earning his Florida law license in 1984. He has focused his practice on advocating for injury victims since the beginning of his career, and he has recovered more than $250 million in damages and compensation.

Mr. Robertson is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, keeping him in touch with his colleagues and up to date on current legal trends. Previously, he served as the board member of the CEO Forum and the Riverview High School Foundation.
