In addition to his broad construction law experience, Mr. Lute has also counseled businesses in contract reviews, drafting and negotiations, and business development strategies, among others. Also handling matters involving local and state contractor licensing, prosecution of lien and bond claims, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration and other regulatory claims, he stands with his client, providing formidable defense and safeguarding their companies. Also overseeing appeals, he vigorously represents his clients' objectives and ensures their voices are heard throughout the legal process.
Before pursuing his legal education, Mr. Lute received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, along with a certification of concentration in environmental law in 2016. He has been admitted to practice law in Florida since.
An active member of the construction community, Mr. Lute has previously served as general counsel for various industry associations. Presently, he works as the general legal counsel for the Florida Irrigation Society and the Palm Beach County Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association.
