Daniel De Paz

Before Daniel de Paz founded De Paz Law, he helped thousands of families save their homes from foreclosure via his real estate practice. While working with these families, he recognized that he had a strong love for helping his clients protect their assets and plan for end-of-life matters. Consequently, he sold his real estate practice. He now handles Florida cases related to probate administration, guardianship, administration, estate planning, wills and trusts.

Mr. De Paz first attended the University of Florida to complete his bachelor's degree. In fact, he holds a lifetime membership in the University of Florida Alumni Association. After completing his undergraduate studies, he earned his law degree at Arizona Summit Law School. In 2013 and 2014, he became licensed to practice in California and Florida, respectively.

Since the very beginning of his career, Mr. De Paz has focused on providing strong advocacy for his clients. During this time, he has also built an impressive track record for successfully achieving his clients' goals. His experience in real estate and finance also informs his work as an estate planning and probate attorney.
