He pursued his legal studies at the Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained a dual degree in MBA and law in 2004. He was licensed to practice in Florida the same year, and later, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 

Sharing his expertise on civil trial law with his peers, Mr. Pinder frequently presents at Continuing Legal Education programs, and he has written on various topics relating to personal injury lawsuits. He is also passionate about nature and strives to protect the natural marine resources in the oceans near Florida by being a part of the Coastal Conservation Association.

  • Lunch Pals Volunteer at Westgate Elementary School.  I volunteered to serve as mentor to an elementary student, whom was selected by the Lunch Pals program.  The school determined that this particular student would benefit from a male mentor.  I met weekly with this student, for the duration of the school year, where we had lunch together on campus.  I found the program to be extremely rewarding.  Unfortunately for me, the student's family relocated over the summer and the student did not return to Westgate Elementary to attend fourth grade.
