Rachel N. Barlow

Rachel N. Barlow focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and probate and trust controversies and litigation. Rachel is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M. in Taxation) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. Prior to joining The Diamond Law Firm, Rachel practiced with the national law firm of Cummings & Lockwood LLC in Naples, Florida, where she focused her practice on estate planning for high-net worth clients.   Rachel is a member of the local St. Petersburg Bar Association and a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar (RPPTL). As a member of RPPTL, Rachel is a Vice Co-Chair of the IRA, Insurance & Employee Benefits Committee. Rachel is also a member of the Suncoast Estate Planning Council, and a board member of the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg, Florida.
