He then pursued his legal education at the University of Florida College of Law, graduating with high honors in 1999. His academic excellence was further recognized by his induction into the Order of the Coif, marking his achievement in the top 10%of his class. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Healy's career began with a focus on defending large corporations and insurance companies at one of Florida's leading defense firms. This experience sharpened his trial skills and provided him with invaluable insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies. In partnership, he co-founded Salter, Healy, Rivera & Heptner, where he now dedicates his efforts to representing plaintiffs. His unique background allows him to leverage his understanding of the defense side to benefit those who have been wrongfully injured.
