Scott Jeeves

Practicing here in Florida for over 30 years, Mr. Jeeves has a great deal of experience from handling numerous cases involving Class Action/Mass Tort litigation, personal injury as well as many other areas of the law. He has served as a lead counsel and co-counsel on many successful complicated consumer class action cases taking on automobile dealerships, insurance companies and banks which returned millions of dollars to consumers that were wrongfully harmed by big corporations. Standing up for the rights of those who were wronged by companies’ indifference is one of Mr. Jeeves true passions!

A Tampa Bay native, Mr. Jeeves graduated with a B.A. from the University of Florida, received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991.

A board-certified trial lawyer and a certified circuit court mediator, he bases his practice in the Tampa Bay area and tries cases across the state. Licensed to practice in all the state courts of Florida, Mr. Jeeves is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. An active member of the Florida legal community, he holds memberships in the Pinellas County Mid-County Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has also received the reputed stature of Eagle memberships in the Florida Justice Association, the Public Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has received a “Superb” rating on Avvo.
