Sean M. Dillon

The founder of Dillon ADR & Law, P.A., in Saint Petersburg, Florida, Sean M. Dillon is a certified attorney in construction law, certified by The Florida Bar. Upon completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management, Mr. Dillon went on to pursue his legal studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1995 and in the next year, he was admitted to The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. He is further admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.

With nearly three decades of high-stakes private practice, Mr. Dillon is skilled in resolving massive, complex construction disputes across the U.S. and internationally. His practice focuses heavily on mega-projects utilizing design-build and public-private partnership delivery models. Having successfully navigated at least 14 disputes ranging from $100 million to over $1 billion, he has transitioned entirely to alternative dispute resolution, offering full-time services as an arbitrator, mediator, neutral evaluator and dispute review board member.
